A: Use the Search bar located at the top of any page or browse through categories via the main menu to explore our collections.
Q: Can I save products to buy later?
A: Absolutely! Just click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. You can access your saved items anytime under My Account › Wishlist.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: Product pages show real-time availability. If it’s in stock, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back.
Q: Can I check out as a guest?
A: Yes! Guest checkout only requires your shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access member-exclusive offers.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and most major debit cards.

Order Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is Magliba’s return policy?
A: We offer a 180-day return window from the delivery date on most non-sale items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is free ($0.00) for approved returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as one free exchange per order for size or color.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! We offer one free size or color exchange per order. Contact support with your order number and desired replacement details. We’ll send the replacement once your original item is in transit back to us.
