Orders placed beyond 24 hours cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately for our made-to-order products.

Return and Refund Process

Please ship your return only after receiving the confirmation email, and share the carrier’s tracking number with us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned items. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt, and your full refund — including original shipping costs — will be issued.
