At Magliba, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely using reliable shipping partners, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Once your payment is successfully processed, we begin preparing your order during business days — Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC-5). Please note our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (New York time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery & Shipping Fees
Delivery speed depends on your location and the shipping method selected. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delivery times are approximate and sometimes impacted by external factors beyond our control.

Orders within the continental United States generally arrive within 4 to 9 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Personalized or Customized Orders
Custom orders may require extra time for design and production. The time needed varies depending on the complexity of your request.
Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. After 1-2 business days of processing, a tracking notification will be sent. Please allow 3-7 days for carriers to scan your package into their system. Tracking updates become available once the parcel is scanned.
